Jim has a great passion for cooking; a self-taught chef with over twenty years of experience as a personal chef as well as catering. Jim’s way of knowing the food he created was good when catering… when the talking quieted down and the clanging of forks and knives started getting louder. He enjoys experimenting with new fresh ingredients, but knows that there are some things (like his super bowl chili) that is so good every time! It was a great day as a father, when two of his children decided they wanted to train in the area of culinary arts.
